Liar's Dice / Perudo

Everyone shakes five dice inside a plastic cup, slams it face down, and looks at their own roll while guessing how many total dice match a value.

The Rules: Bidding goes up sequentially. You must raise the count, raise the face value, or call your neighbor a liar. Wild ones throw off the math.

The Decision: Read the room to determine if a raise is genuine or desperate. Losing a challenge costs you a die until only one player remains.
